Susan Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 After composing a file as a PPML and trying to close the pdf I get a message: "The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder." This only happens when composing to a PPML.
