Melaperu
This is the first time encountering this issue, we have a client with a particular pantone color 485C, and its in the indesign file as that but when exporting into PDF document, it does not show in the color drop down. All the red text dropped out as black text now. Whats going on? Using CS6.

Dan Korn
it is VDP Creator 9.1.0 and OS X 10.8.5 Okay, thanks. In the other thread, you mention you're running FusionPro 9.2 and InDesign CC on OS X 10.7. I'm not sure why you want to run the newer versions of InDesign and FusionPro on the older Mac, and the older versions on the newer Mac, but those configurations should work. Anyway, in this case, since the problem seems to be specific to a particular InDesign template, I would suggest sending the InDesign file in question to FusionProSupport@PTI.com for analysis. Alex Marshall
In Acrobat, go to FusionPro > Advanced > Colors and add the spot color as a new color (unless you did so already in InDesign or Quark). Make sure that, when added, you checked the box "Spot".
