ReminderVDP Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 I have created a new document and attached a data file to it. When I go to add a color to the colors palette in Advanced>>Colors, and add a color, nothing appears in the palette. If you use the arrow keys to scroll up and down, you can see there is a color in the palette but you cannot see a swatch or the color break down. I'm attaching a screen shot of how it appears. ReminderVDP Posted March 11, 2014 Author Share Posted March 11, 2014 (edited) Dan, It happens with all templates/files. I have since reinstalled twice and the same problem exists. It worked right after the first reinstall but the palette is still appearing blank even though there are swatches there.
