randy.willeyefi.com
I have uninstalled FusionPro Desktop from my system (Mac OSX 10.7 - Acrobat Pro 9), but I continually get the following error message when launching Acrobat: "FusionPro cannot find the product serial number. Please re-install with the serial number provided with the product." How do I get rid of this message?
dreimer
Did you delete the Printable folder in the applications?

rpaterick
Applications/Adobe Acrobat Right-click on the application/Show Package Contents Plug-ins/Delete PTI folder. If you have the latest FusionPro, PTI should only be in the default Acrobat's Plug-ins.
