  1. You have complete HTML customization of the body of the email.
  2. Shaley, The customer facing emails Order Shipped Notification and the Order Accepted Notifications are both customizable. However, the Supplier and Account Notifications are not customizable with HTML.
  3. Text lists in MarcomCentral does not support this.
  4. shaley, Many of the email notifications through MarcomCentral are totally customizable now. However, it does need to be activated. We provide a list of all the variables available and you write the HTML to format the email. It is critical that you know Marcom will not do any troubleshooting for any custom content/coding. Contact your implementation specialist to activate the feature.

  6. Is there a way to see OnRecordStart if OnCopyFit is being applied to a frame? I have a frame where both Address1 and Address2 need to be on the same line, unless OnCopyFit is used, then Address2 can drop to the next line. I know you can use character count, but just trying to see if this is an option. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
  7. Gerard, Here are the links to both User Guides: Admin Tool UG Distribution This Error means you are not setup with proper access to help, if you personal message me with your account name and user ID I can fix this for you.
  8. bkurzbuch, Make sure that the Group your test user belongs to has the Sr.Purchaser email defined there. Typically for groups the Approvers are in a separate group from those they are approving. The Approver's group authorizes the order requests, and the second group the your people needing approval include that email for the notification. Hope this clarifies your quandary.
  9. draco66, As long as the country is set to the United States, you should see the States in the drop-down. If the default country is something other than USA you will not see it in the address fields. Works that way for Canada too.
  10. draco66, There is a calendar option for any text field in the template setup. Click on the field name to see the field details and near the bottom of the settings is a checkbox to "Enable Calendar". Once active you can select the appropriate format.
  11. jaben, There is no way to achieve this in MarcomCentral.
  12. jwhittaker, There is no way to turn off the required date on the Order Notification email. Product Development is working on a new email customization feature that could potentially address this, but it is very early in the process so I do not know for certain.
  13. Lisa, Unfortunately, Users do not have the ability to set their own default Cost Center.
  14. No, this is not available in FP Imposer.
  15. jprothero, You cannot use external text resources in MarcomCentral. You can either use formatted text resources built in FusionPro (although you will need to change and re-upload the template each time you want to make a change); or an external data file (XDF). You would have a field that specifies the text block in the XDF, then in the rule specify the paragraph formatting for the text.
  16. Hugo, I do not recognize that screen, so it is hard for me to decipher what is happening. But as I indicated earlier, you can gang the items up if they are like quantities, and that link at the top of your screen shot to the "Imposed File" should have them altogether. Talk to the Portal admin about validating how this Product is set up.
  17. Hugo, When you say "native files" from Marcom, I assume are you referring to the 1-up composed PDF. Yes you can get a ganged imposition, but you can only gang like quantities and if Auto Job Ticket is set up, they must be on the same order to be ganged up. In the Template Setup section for the Product, the Configuration tab allows you to assign a default imposition file. Once assigned and the template is Published, the Auto Job Ticket would need to be adjusted to reflect the imposition. In order to accomplish this manually, you must have a default imposition assigned on the Config tab (as indicated above). Then when the Job Ticket is created the imposition will be generated with the item or items ganged up, depending on the like quantities of the items being imposed. For more info on how to create Job Tickets, including ganged impositions here is a video you can check out: Job Ticketing in Distribution Hope this helps.
  18. Brandon, Yes you can do that. Although I'm not sure waht you mean: That IS the catalog preview image. The preview has an ID that you can target and add a border. It sounds as if you already know how to do it. If you inspect the area on that page and add the border as indicated, it is a change that will happen globally in the portal.
  19. Alisha, There is no personalization field for a Group. However there are two options for personalization you might be able to try: 1) %%Company.Name%% 2) %%TPA.AttributeName%% - where the "AttributeName" would match that of the Text Profile Attribute (TPA). For the TPA one, every user must have a User Assignment. For more info on TPA's review the help, check the User Guide or contact your BRM.
  20. jprothero, Yes, you will have to have at least one field. I created one called "Job Name" - you can even deactivate it in Marcom once template is uploaded. Next make sure you activate the Job Direct Pricing in the Pricing section prior to setting up the JD option on the template tab. Then you will need to create the 4 following fields (yes these are all required for the Job Direct Media Pricing to function): Print Options, Media Size, Media Category and Media Type. See video below http://screencast.com/t/5PYXF3ZGJF Once added make sure you publish then go to, Bulk Operations to set up the Job Direct Media Pricing worksheet. This should do it.
  21. Brandon, Add the border to the preview image.
  22. jprothero JobDirect Products require an upload. There's no way around it. You could built a regular template Product and use the JobDirect Pricing though.
  23. sgillesp, There is no way to accomplish this the way you are describing it. There are advanced approval rules, but there are several requirements that go along with those. First off the the quantity they want to request either in the Drop-down or in Fill-in, must exist or not be above the maximum and have pricing set up for that amount. In addition all users must have the rule logic assigned to them. If you need more details, contact your BRM.
  24. Mads, No there is no way to have a selection box where multiple items may be selected. Also, it is not recommended to use for the 20 UI rules. If you are using more than that; 1) it is a major challenge if you ever need to make a change/update relating to the fields and 2) there is most likely a better way to achieve what you are trying to accomplish with either rules in the template or with another feature. Not knowing your exact scenario, I can only suggest a possible solution, which would be using Intelligent Forms (iForms) for MarcomCentral. iForms allows you to create cascading drop-downs (amongst other use cases) and it is managed via Bulk Ops, making it easier to adjust than 100s of UI rules. Contact your BRM for activation and documentation.
