  1. traba, Yes, this will work with profile attributes. As long as your field "AE Name" has a User Assignments associated to each of the "account executives", the profile attributes can populate the name automatically for each user, to define the values for each of the signatures.
  2. seymoujd, You have to change the settings in the template, offline in FusionPro; then re-upload the collect files. On the Imposition tab, in the Compose menu settings, you have crop marks checked, therefore they always show whenever the item is composed.
  3. seymoujd, You need to wait for the images to generate the thumbnails in order for the new library to be available to select. This time may vary depending on how many images you uploaded and how high the resolution.
  4. kkonovalov, I'm pretty sure MCC security will not allow you to do this on your own. However, it can be done using a Single Sign On (SSO) integration. There are 2 types of SSO: 1) An HTTPS redirect 2) SSO with Web Services Either one incurs a setup fee. However the Web Services there is also a monthly fee. Please touch base with your BRM for more information.
  5. Traba, The only way to accomplish this currently, is using CSS in the Custom Copy section.
  6. Traba, There is no way to hide quantity available.
  7. Jon, Sorry I missed the part about changing. Unfortunately, you are correct there is no way to do this other than the Group setting.
  8. Jon, Use "Select or Search with a Default" as the Cost Center Option setting and then select the appropriate default. User's default Cost Center takes priority over the Group.
  9. Vimal Create 2 Graphic rules, one for the L graphic box and 1 for the R graphic box: L graphic box Rule R graphic box Rule Insert each rule into its respective frame and that should do it.
  10. george, DSF can use the Define HTML Form option on the FusionPro menu. This allows you to create "Single-line" string entry fields or "Multi-line" text areas for any of the text fields in your data source. In both instances you can restrict the number of characters allowed. You may also create a "Pick List" with varying settings. FusionPro generates an HTML preview for testing, although it does not generate a proof in the preview. Once saved and collected, FusionPro generates an XML file that you upload into DSF with the other FusionPro files, which allows for the form interaction (as previewed) to generate a proof. All that being said, I have never used DSF, I have only had the process demoed and it seems easy enough. If you have further questions about the process inside of DSF, I would check with their user forum or with EFI directly. Hope this helps
  11. Drew, There is no way for FusionPro to decipher what is a title and what is an acronym. If you can split these into 2 separate fields; one for "Title", another for the acronym "credentials". This will allow you to apply 2 different case rules to each field.
  12. dschiller, This could be a number of possible setup issues. I would suggest providing this info to customer support. Make sure to include the user affected, the group in question & the Store this is in, so the setup can be reviewed thoroughly.
  13. Jon, This is not something that we get a lot of requests for, but we can certainly add an enhancement request. Currently the only way you can limit Users or Groups ordering capabilities is to use User Budgets. Once the $ limit is reached they would not be able to checkout with this as their payment type.
  14. The link below has an example job. Here is the JS rule for the Address Info: XDF Lookup Example
  15. Lisa, The easy way to do it is in the rule pulling the XDF data for the address, return the data validating the existence of Addr2 and use tags for format control:
  16. Marcus, I believe this is possible, but you might inquire on the FusionPro forum. FusionPro can definitely figure out the page count, where I'm not sure is converting that to a string that could be used as a value for MCC. I know for sure this value could appear on the output (in the bleed perhaps), that way you will see the page count and it will be cut off. Not knowing exactly what you want to do, I can only guess that you need this info to price the item appropriately. If so, we have a feature that can be activated call "Page Count Pricing". This will validate the number of pages, price it accordingly, however I'm not sure if the page count value can be added as part of the SKU or Description. Check with your BRM for more info.

  18. thesix2 Required date is established when the "Lead Time" is defined for each Price record. This is intended to indicate the number of business days from order to completion (ready to ship), but does not include the shipping time frame. To edit this value, you must have MarcomCentral administrator rights. Hope this helps

  20. Carrie, Yes, when you pull up the search results and select the order or job ticketed items, it lists all the items. You can select all or choose each item individually by using the check box.
  21. Fern, Try working from your machine, NOT on a folder on your network. Gather your PDF, resources and data file, into one folder and start from step one.
  22. Sbellia, This is an issue you should send to customer support: "support@pti.com" Please include the Store & User Name, as well as, any other details relevant to the issues.
