I copied a product that is setup two ways - versioned and pick, but have not figured out how to change the product type now that I have a copy. Aislinn.FitzGerald Posted October 16, 2009 Share Posted October 16, 2009 Hello Lester, Once a product type has been set, we do not allow for changing (with the exception of between Versioned and VDP). We do not support changing of the product type as it can cause problems down the line when the product is ordered (as the product type is directly related to many product settings). However, if you have an existing product that you would like to recreate as a different product type, you can do this using Bulk Ops. Please let me or your CPM know if you have any other questions.
