galerapm
I have a variable text field. When the line is too long it will break to a 2nd line. the 2nd line need to tab in .125". Can this be done automatically when the line breaks, or do I need to have a character count included in the rule? What options do I have to make this happen? How would the rule look if we used the below text? Variable text = "The cow jumped over the moon" to fit correctly it needs to appear: The cow jumped -> (TAB) over the moon Your help is appreciated
Dan Korn
You don't need a JavaScript rule to accomplish this, just an indent. Open up the Variable Text Editor for your frame, select the paragraph containing the variable field, click "Paragraph", and in the box labeled "Left" under "Indents," type .125" and click OK twice.
