brew
We've been playing around with the DL Queue Client API within Visual Basic and have some great ideas for some upcoming automation. What we'd like to do is be able to submit jobs into the queue using java on unix machines. Do you have any suggestions? Do you support anything other than windows for adding jobs into the queue? Thanks in advance.
Dan Korn
Currently, the DL Queue Client interface is only available for Windows. However, in addition to the OCX interface, we also can provide a "C" DLL and a C# (.NET) wrapper, which you can then use to build a Web Service, which in turn should be accessible from all the other platforms you mention. Dan Korn
Are there DLL's and .NET wrappers for the DIF API as well? The DIF API works fine in C# or VB.NET. Just import it: http://forums.printable.com/showthread.php?t=1258
