JReed Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 We are using FusionPro Server 6.0P1c and we have the preview feature quit working "sometimes". We have to reboot the server to get it working again. Any easier solutions to correct this?

Alex Marshall Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 Hello, In order to investigate this issue and provide the correct solution, please indicate the version of FusionPro as detailed in Acrobat from "FusionPro>>About FusionPro" menu option. Please update your version to 6.0p1e. This will necessitate the reinstallation of Fusionpro. http://www.printable.com/downloads/fusionpro Also, if your resources are being accessed across the network, you may specify the search path to the resources in the "Advanced" tab of the FusionPro Composition Settings menu to see if this helps.
