FusionPro 12.1 Not Showing up

Recommended Posts

This is the FIX

For Microsoft Windows:

For Acrobat DC Navigate the hard drive to:

C:\ Program Files \ PTI \ FusionPro \ Plug-Ins \ Design \

Copy the “FusionProAcro8.api” and "FusionProAcro64.api"

Navigate to

C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Acrobat (version number) \ Acrobat \ Plug_ins \

Create a folder in this directory and name it “PTI”.

Paste the file into this folder.

Restart the computer. Login to your Adobe Creative Cloud account first. Then reopen Acrobat.

I did a clean install of Acrobat DC and then installed FusionPro 12.1. It said it installed ok, but it isn't showing up in Acrobat.

Please contact Support with ALL of this information:

  • The exact version of FusionPro.
  • The exact version of Acrobat.
  • The exact version of your operating system.
