I did a clean install of Acrobat DC and then installed FusionPro 12.1. It said it installed ok, but it isn't showing up in Acrobat. Edited by Keithw1975

This is the FIX

For Microsoft Windows:

For Acrobat DC Navigate the hard drive to:

C:\ Program Files \ PTI \ FusionPro \ Plug-Ins \ Design \

Copy the “FusionProAcro8.api” and "FusionProAcro64.api"

Navigate to

C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Acrobat (version number) \ Acrobat \ Plug_ins \

Create a folder in this directory and name it “PTI”.

Paste the file into this folder.

Restart the computer. Login to your Adobe Creative Cloud account first. Then reopen Acrobat.
