LyndaEngelage
I need a rule that will change the text color for each record based on the CMYK value in a data file. The field is named "BC Text color". The values in the data field are formatted as 00-00-00-00 (C-M-Y-K). How do I direct FusionPro to pick up these values to color my text per record. Dan Korn
If the values are decimal (0 to 100), then all you need to do is go into the New Rule dialog, select "Event" for the rule type, pick the "Color From Data" rule, then select your field, and a color to override. Set the text in the override color and it should change with the field value. If you need to add a new color to override, you can do it from the Colors dialog (from the menu in Acrobat, FusionPro -> Advanced -> Colors...).
