Mike Metroka
FP is taking 3-5 minutes to show the preview. This is a scenario with no images and only 1-10 records. I do not think it is a path issue as I have moved the files to the desktop for a more streamlined simpler path. It seemed to start when I upgraded the MacOS from High Sierra to Mojave 10.14.4. Updating to 10.14.5 did not help. I think it may have something to do with 32 vs. 64 bit. MacOS 10.14.5 (the latest) FP 10.1.11 (the latest)
Dan Korn
Does this happen for all templates, or just one particular one? If you open up, say, the Frodo Travel tutorial, is that slow to preview as well?
Mike Metroka
All templates regardless of how many records, as few as 1 even! I just tried that one and it took 5 minutes. Problem started when I upgraded to MacOS Mojave.

You mean the Frodo tutorial? Problem started when I upgraded to MacOS Mojave. Upgraded from what version? I can tell you that we do most of our testing on Mojave, and don't see this problem. Also, the vast majority of users are on Mojave, and they don't have this problem either. You might want to simply try reinstalling FusionPro. Mike Metroka
Yes, sorry "that one" was referring to the Frodo template that you suggested. I have reinstalled FP several times.

Unfortunately, there's not much for me to go on to examine what's going on with your computer in the context of this thread. I suggest contacting Support. scotts
Might want to check on how many fonts you have loaded. If you have around 500 loaded, that could be part of your problem. Something to look at.
Mike Metroka
Removing some fonts worked! I had 385 fonts loaded total. Removed about 100 and it worked. I've never seen this problem in 10 years of using FP. Thank you for your help!

An upcoming version of FusionPro VDP on Mac will have many font improvements, including the removal of the limitation on the number of fonts that can be loaded.
