Question about Notifications

I hope I post my question at the right place…

A problem seems to happen "randomly". All the orders notifiocations are not recieved by the mail server of the assistant who check them every day. Sometimes, the customer recieves them normaly and sometimes not.

The problem occurs since the beginning of october.

We do have difficulties to understand why (for a same product, one or two notifications will not be recieved as all the others will…)

Are we alone to encounter that kind of problem ?

Is there some point (s) to check in our parameters in the manager ?
