jjdodger
Is there a way, in a Text Frame, to increase the number of digits visible? I need to start a frame at 13.45", but, it rounds it to 13.5. If i am not careful, it will move the frame down to match the "visible" characters. I have other frames at 2.32", so i know that it CAN do it. Jeff

Can you please be more specific about where you want more digits to appear? Do you mean in the Text Frame Properties palette? The granularity there might depend on your zoom level. You can also specify other units, such as points, by typing "pt" after the number. Also, if you change your unit preferences in Acrobat, that will be picked up in the palette. jjdodger
Dan Attached is an example of the issue. In the "Y" direction, it shows 13.4 in, I would like it to show 13.35 in. The same issue occurs in the "H" direction in this example, it is showing 0.351 in, if i increase it to 0.3515 in, it shows 0.352 in. In both examples, it is only showing 3 "significant digits". Thanks Jeff
Dan Korn
As you have surmised, the palette limits you to three digits total, which is why 2.32 works, but not 12.32. To get more precision, you can go into Acrobat's Units and Guides Preferences and set the units to Points.
