JoeACG
Hello all, I have an issue regarding vertical alignment of text frame content. Regardless of the actual content of the text frame (plain text, a field, a rule, or a text resource), if what I've entered exceeds 4 lines the vertical align bottom function stops working and reverts to top-alignment. However, if I remove the 5th+ line(s), everything aligns to the bottom as it should. Does anyone have a possible solution? Thanks! *EDIT* Just to confirm, I tried setting the vertical alignment in OnRecordStart, using the verticalAlignment attribute of FindTextFrame. No luck... dreimer
Make sure you don't have any hard returns would be my first effort. Otherwise couldn't you just make the text frame larger but keep the bottom of the frame in place?
JoeACG
I actually got it to work... I ended up deleting the frame that was generated from the InDesign file and created it again, with the same dimensions, inside Acrobat/FusionPro. Not gonna question it!
