David Miller
I believe the answer can be found in the FusionPro VDP User Guide. Check out the section titled FusionPro HTML Form Feature. Defined the HTLM form (FusionPro > Define HTML Form). Collect the template (FusionPro > Collect...). The XML file will be in the collected package. sriviere
Thank you for your answer But I don't find in the user guide how to make the xml in order to define automatically the form because I have a lot of item in my pick list, and it will be to long to write all the item in the form. Dan Korn
Are you asking about how the make the XML file with the form definition? If so, then you have to use that "Web DataCollect" dialog. Although, if you're savvy with XML, I suppose you could generate the XML yourself. There is a "DLWebCollect.dtd" file installed in FusionPro's WebCollect folder which defines the format of the XML. Or are you asking how to make the actual HTML form from the XML file? That's a more complex, usually involving an XSL transformation. This is usually something that only people who are developing web-to-print applications need to worry about.
