GraphicMinion
OK. I've tried what I know to try. Am fairly new user working with a template set up to create online graphics (editable Timeline covers, final file as JPG). When users create files, in preview and press preview, looks fine. But once they submit for approval and JPG links are sent, downloaded files are less than 1/2 size. For the file that is to be 851 x 315 pixels at 72dpi, final downloaded file is 400 x 148 pixels. In configuration, no compression, no downsampling selected. Not sure where else this can be adjusted or why it is downsampling to 400 x 148 at 72 dpi. Anyone ideas? Dan Korn
To what system are users submitting jobs for approval? Is it a web-to-print application, like MarcomCentral, or another online system? Does it use the FusionPro VDP Producer API? In a FusionPro VDP Creator or Producer job, the JPEG size and resolution are set in the JPEG Options dialog, which can be accessed from the Output tab of the Composition Settings dialog when PDF is selected as the output format. But if the job is being composed by another application using Producer API, that could be overriding those settings in the CFG file.
GraphicMinion
Thanks Dan! Appreciate the help. I heard from tech support that they "activated a feature" that allowed the image to produce at full size. Not sure exactly what that means, but now it is working. Am using Fusion Pro with MarcomCentral. Thanks Again!
