graphikal
Not sure if this belongs here or on the Expression forum, and I did do a search for 'transparency' but I don't think this question was answered. I created an image with transparency that was loaded as a background image in my Expression. It seems to retain the transparency in the Expression layout on the screen. When I use the integrated Expression generator directly in FusionPro Desktop to create the final variable images, it exports with a white background. I see a checkbox in FP that says 'save alpha channel', but I'm not sure what this refers to specifically, and whether it even applies to my situation? Other than that, is there a place to set the graphic type (PNG, TIF) that you want exported when FusionPro does its magic, as if I was doing it manually with the engine? Or is the answer to do it manually, and then import the image into my layout as a graphic rule? Thanks for any ideas on this -

graphikal
Thanks Dan. I saw that, but wasn't sure if there had since been an implementation by PTI that I was unaware of. We'll use the ol' picture rule method. Thanks again for such a quick response!
