HTML Image Reference

I have a customer who would like to host the images that we will be using in a Graphic Frame on his server and give us a http:// address to the JPEG in the CSV file he is sending to us. I have not set this up and cannot find anything in the manual. Can we do this?

Create a Graphic rule like so:

return CreateResource("http://www.pti.com/media/flatpageupload/FusionPro_banner0412___.jpg");

Or:

return CreateResource(Field("Your Field Name"));
