Crineman
Is it possible to set-up dropdown fields so that the user can edit the dropdown? We are working on an insurance plan template. The user can select one of 75 different Insurance plans. Based on which plan is selected the deductibles and benefits change. So by using Cascading dropdowns on selection change UI rules, we can control those associated fields. The question is, is there a way to set this up so that the user can enter their own values if there need to be one or two changes made to the dropdowns? Any help is appreciated. FreightTrain
Editable drop-downs are not possible. You could have a value in the drop-down that activates a custom field where they could enter in a value, but this will not enable them to alter an existing drop-down list. If that will accomplish what you want, create a drop-down value like create your own. Then using a "Conditional Visibility" UI Rule you can display a custom field. Hope this helps
Crineman
That approach will allow us to do exactly what we need to do. Thank you.
