Not really. Tables are designed so that cells grow to accommodate their contents, not the other way around.

 

That said, you could use the FusionProTextMeasure object and <magnify> tags in a loop, kind of like the CopyfitLine function, until the text is the size you want. But how do you know the size of the table cell you're targeting in the first place?

 

The other thing to consider would be a Repeatable Component, where you can basically define a reusable fixed-size area into which you can place a text frame, which in turn can have Copyfit enabled.
