multiple order with billing showing

I was wondering if anybody know if there was a way to set up job tickets so they show the billing and Shipping on each line item. At present it only shows shipping, if I impose a multiple order or multiple address order, and it puts only one billing address at the top.

 

The alternative is to bring each item down with it's own job ticket, and then impose outside of Marcom Central or Dashboard.

 

If you could help that would be great.
