brooksa
At what stage is the Assets.dat file created? Also, do I create a rule to set the font style and color in FusionPro or can it be done on the MarcomCentral Manager?
Alex Marshall
Asset.dat gets generated when you invoke "Collect" from the FusionPro menu in Acrobat. You simply install the font needed to the system and run FusionPro's "Load Fonts>>Load All" from the menu in Acrobat. You create your custom color by selecting "FusionPro>>Advanced>>Colors" as well. brooksa
Great, that worked. However, I'm trying to create a text field for the user to type in their own headline but I want to control the font, font size and color. I tried to save this information in FusionPro in the Edit Text palette but it shows whatever I typed in there instead of just the characteristics of the font. Does that make sense? Alex Marshall
I believe the following should work in Marcomm Central. You want to create a UI rule, but use the "Filter Dropdown" option, and not the "Filter DropDown Value on DropDown Selection". Once you select that and you create a new dropdown filter UI rule, hold down your <Ctrl> key (on Windows) and select the colors that you want to hide from your users. brooksa
When I selected "Filter Drop-Down" then add a rule instance, my field with the text is not an option.
