PDP
I need to set up a slip sheet for every 12th page of a variable doc. my pdf is only one page (I have about 55,000 records in my file) It will be printing on a Docutech 6135. I figured out how to add a slip sheet using an "unused" page. a slip sheet does print but I need the slip sheet to pull from a different tray Thanks, Amy
Dan Korn
You need to go into the Page Usage dialog (from the menu in Acrobat, FusionPro -> Manage Pages -> Page Usage), select the slip sheet page, and then click "Finish Settings," where you can apply either PPD or JDF settings to select the tray. Dan Korn
thank you! But I don't know how to make a PPD. You need to contact your press manufacturer for the PPD for your device. Although my friend Mr. Google led me here: http://www.support.xerox.com/support/docutech-6135/downloads/enus.html From whence you can select the PS/PostScript driver package, which contains a PPD file.
