rriker
I'm trying to use the OnNewOutputFile to correctly name composed files based on a field but I'm getting an error when this rule is active that the drop shadow in the fusion pro layout is not created correctly and can't be output. I'm guessing it has something to do with the precomp files that are created when the drop shadows are processing. Anyone have any ideas how I can get around this issue so I don't have to manually rename my files? I tried shortening the filename to just a few characters which didn't work. I'm using 6.2 on a Mac
Alex Marshall
Hello, Sorry you are having trouble. Would you care to indicate the exact effects you are applying drop shadow for the specified text.
rriker
It's a text effect with the settings listed in the attached image.
Alex Marshall
Are you applying white shadow to black text? Or vice-versa? If so, this effect is not supported in FusionPro. If this is not the case, please submit your collected files to fusionprosupport@pti.com for an analysis
rriker
It's actually a spot green text. I'll submit the files as requested
