Imposition/Press sheet

Example:

Press sheet = 8.5 x 11

FP template = 3x4

Using FP Imposer I will 4up the job

 

Question: can I print a variable field on the Press Sheet area at the bottom right, this will be outside the 4up imposed page images, if so how?

 

I want to print a sheet count field.

Hello,

You *can* put variable text outside of the cut marks. So you can add some of your own information in a custom created slug instead of using the static slug. Just include enough Bleed in the original document so you can cut off this information without having it show up in the finished piece if needed.

Hi, I don't want this info on the bottom of every imaging document. I just want to know if there is a way to put the variable info on the bottom of the press sheet in one location without touching the imaging document.

 

I'm printing on a 4up pre-printed shell and the only place I can put this info is at the bottom of the shell in one location.
