strido
My hard drive here at work just up and died, so I had to reinstall everything I had. I'm running version 7.2 to be accessible with my Adobe Acrobat X. Before the demise, I had to run 7.1 because 7.2 had yet to come out, and as such I was running Acrobat 8 Anyway, long story short, I'm getting this error message: The job is stopped because the template is made from a newer version of FusionPro than the version of FusionPro Server. I personally run desktop, and when composing I use the company FusionPro server - is there a workaround for this, or am I going to have to go backwards to FusionPro 7.1? No, you cannot take jobs created in newer versions of FP Desktop and compose them with older versions of FP Server. This is by design. There are new features in each version of FusionPro, about which which older versions have no knowledge. Instead of downgrading your FP Desktop machine, I would upgrade your FP Server machine to 7.2. It's a free upgrade.
