Crineman
How do I control the color of crop marks? I have an PDF upload template where black only work is coming imposed to the dashboard and to our Indigo queue with 4 color crop marks. I want to change the crop marks to black only. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you - Craig
FreightTrain
Craig, On the Imposition tab in the Compose menu, there is an option to "Use Black color for Crop Marks". See Attached: BlackCrops.jpg Hope this helps
Crineman
That worked offline - thank you! So that I get this right... in order to fix my template in the store - I should download it from the store, compose it with this option selected in imposition, collect the files, upload the new files, and publish. Is this correct? Thanks again.
FreightTrain
Craig, Yes that is correct. All you need to do is make that change in the Compose menu, click Save in the Compose menu (this is what creates the *.CFG file). Then Collect and re-upload the files. As a side note, I would suggest that you keep copies of all of your template files locally. We do not guarantee that your Collect files will be available for retrieval when you want to download them, via the MCC Manager.
