417Barcode

I have a client that wants me to create a 417Barcode. I have never done this but see the function in the building block window of the rule function. I don't know what all the items are in that stream. Is there a way to know what these items are?

MakePDF417Barcode(DataToEncode, EcLevel, TotalColumns, TotalRows, Truncate, TextMode, ApplyTilde, PointSize, NoFontTag, Font)

I'm not familiar with this Barcode either, but the expert would definitely be ID Automation (they make the barcode fonts). Here is the link to the 417 info in their website:
