DLS
I was wondering if there is any way to print merged text data onto a PDF faster than what I am able to do now? I have 2 Xerox Docucolor 250's and the time for the 390 PDF files to process is 20 min's +!!! It also takes about 8-10 mins to process the info to the printer. There has to be a faster way right???? Please, any help would be appreciated.
rpaterick
http://www.office.xerox.com/multifunction-printer/color-multifunction/docucolor-240-250/enus.html Is this the printer? If so, you may need to upgrade to a printer and RIP that can handle multiple pages at a faster output. Is there a way to import files into the RIP? Take your .pdf/vipp/vps output and directly import after processing. Only thing I can think of to speed up your processing the printer time. aaronsupremeworks.com
We have a DC240 and if you dont have the stand-alone Rip, your kinda up a creek.... It may be worth looking into one of the 3 RIPS they have available
