Digimaster PS using PPD

I am trying to use the PPD job specs in FusionPro 7 with a Digimaster.

 

If I make a Digimaster PS file without setting specs it prints fine.

 

But if I set any of the PPD Settings in Manage Pages>PageUsage>Page[n]>PPD Settings, I get a PostScript error:

 

Error: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: KDDHVDct

 

I am using a PPD I downloaded from Kodak, "EKDM9151.PPD" and I also tried "HDDM9151.PPD"

 

Digimaster is model 9110
