Change Case rule

I have implemented the 'Case selection for a name field Rule' for one of my fields in my list, wanting the text to be ALL CAPS. However, it isn't working. Therefore, I converted the Rule to Javascript and clicked on 'Validate'. When I did so, it showed me the first record of that rule, and it was all capital. It still doesn't work in FP. I tried restarting Acrobat and it didn't correct the problem. The font is Times New Roman.


Any Ideas?
