David Miller
Is there a limit on the number of Form Fields a template can have in MarcomCentral or FusionPro Desktop? Thanks in advance.
FreightTrain
David, There is not a limit. However, for MarcomCentral you biggest challenge is providing a user friendly form that customers are willing to complete.
David Miller
Thanks. Yes, I agree. There really isn't any way to make a 100+ form field template that anyone is going to want to fill out. Sometimes the client wants what they want. I've pointed that out to them, but they insist.
FreightTrain
David, Check out some of the new Form/Layout Design Settings, you can put dividers on the form, separate fields via tabs or expanding sections too. The idea is to make lengthy forms much more user friendly. It was released in late January and fine tuned in the last release: http://files.printable.com/release_notes/ This has to be activated by your CPM, although there is no extra charge for this and there is step-by-step instructions in the Help to support using it.
