hopkinsprinting
We have FusionPro Desktop 5 for Mac and everything seems to work well except when it comes time to compose a job where all the originating data resides on a network volume. When we try to compose a job, we get an error stating that the (source PDF file containing the variable data fields) cannot be found and the composition fails to process. If we do the same job on a PC with everything stored on a network volume, the job composes fine. Any ideas? Thanks, Jon :-)
esmith
Don't use capital letters in your template file name. It sounds stupid, but we had the same problem. If you look at the error message, you'll probably see that the case doesn't match the case of your actual file name.
