Line Break vs Paragraph

Here is the problem I have.

There is a text field where my clients can place several paragraphs of text;

each paragraph has a space below - 10 pt.

At the same time they want to put a line break (Shift-Enter) in the text (aligning text on center)

and it's not recognized by the system - instead, every time the put a line break it recognized

as a "end of paragraph", making 10 pt space between lines.

 

Any help with this?
