New User Creation w/ Default Cost Center

I've had an issue with creating a new user and selecting a Default Cost Center several times now. When creating the new user if I select a Default Cost Center and do not select a Cost Center Option that has "with Default Cost Center" in the title I will get an error message of:

 

"Please make sure to select an option 'with Default Cost Center' from the Cost Center Options drop down list, if you want to set a Default Cost Center."

 

... and be unable to create the new user if I correct the mistake in any number of 'Cost Center Options' and 'Default Cost Center' combinations.

 

The only way around this I've found is to abandon the creation of the user and try again while remembering to not assign a Cost Center at this point.

 

Any ideas?
