r3kr
Hello, Was hoping someone could shed light on this, we are dead in the water right now. When we are collecting from a PDF an msshelldlg error comes up. The collection process is seeing msshelldlg.exe as a font and throws an error. Has anyone run into this and/or have any luck in solving this? Thanks for any help -
esmith
Based on review of this knowledge base article, it sounds like you need a PDF editor (like PitStop) in order to replace characters that your local machine does not know how to interpret in the current PDF. r3kr
It seems its how printfusion is collecting the document. There is also no Microsoft Sans Serif fonts in the document itself, which is what msshelldlg is supposed to be a sub for.
