IndexxPrep
I have a template for custom binder tabs that I have graphic frames in place for a choice of mylar color. I have it setup so the user can select different mylar colors for each tab and the proper colored graphic is placed into a graphic frame behind the text to show as a proof on the website. I would like to show this to the customer for their approval, but I would like to supress those graphics when we compose the web order file for press. Any ideas on how I can tell the frames to not be visible/used on press composition but to be visble/used on the PDF proof only.
Scott
I would like to know how to do this also, has it been answered somewhere else?
mhilger
Hi guys, We are actually working on an enhancement that should allow for this. Basically, you will be able to have some rule logic in a FusionPro template that can detect if the composition is a MarcomCentral Proof vs. Press composition. Using that logic, you will be able to enable/disable/change-the-appearance-of frames, pages, text, etc in proof vs. press compositions. We'll surely share info on this once we have it closer to release.
