i'm having trouble Need rule to delete bullet at end or beginning of lines in text wrap

Need help -- Does anyone know of a rule to delete a bullet if it appears at the end of a line or beginning of a line in a text block that wraps several variables that are separated by 'en space/bullet/en space' rules.

 

 

 

Only the city, state & zip code fields are required - all others are optional. My attachment shows 2 samples of problem that occurs depending upon length of different variables
