rickp7757 Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Since we upgraded to El Capitan, some fonts do not load in FusionPro VDP, when loaded in our Extensis Universal Type client. We have to copy to the Library/Fonts folder. Some fonts loaded with the client do, however, load just fine. FYI, after loading the needed fonts with our client, we always load all fonts in FP, quit it & Acrobat, then open the FP template. I had hoped upgrading to FP 10 would resolve this, but no. Using FP 10.0.11 on Acrobat XI Pro, on Mac OS X 10.11.6 Quote
gdellaiera Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 I am running into the same issue, but it began for me when I upgraded of FusionPro v10. I never had issues with 9.9.36 before. Did you find a resolution for this? Quote
rickp7757 Posted June 29, 2017 Author Posted June 29, 2017 I may have found a solution. I found this on Extensis site: https://help.extensis.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007201207 Followed those instructions, and have not had an issue since. However, I just did that last week and have only processed a few jobs. Essentially, you're moving the UTC datastore from the shared library to the user's library. This may be resolving some permissions problems for the (troublesome) fonts. Quote
gdellaiera Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 Thanks, I will take a look at this and see if it helps. I uninstalled & re-installed the software hoping that would fix it first. Quote
