Since we upgraded to El Capitan, some fonts do not load in FusionPro VDP, when loaded in our Extensis Universal Type client. We have to copy to the Library/Fonts folder.

Some fonts loaded with the client do, however, load just fine.

FYI, after loading the needed fonts with our client, we always load all fonts in FP, quit it & Acrobat, then open the FP template.

I had hoped upgrading to FP 10 would resolve this, but no.

Using FP 10.0.11 on Acrobat XI Pro, on Mac OS X 10.11.6

I am running into the same issue, but it began for me when I upgraded of FusionPro v10. I never had issues with 9.9.36 before. Did you find a resolution for this?

I may have found a solution. I found this on Extensis site:

https://help.extensis.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007201207

Followed those instructions, and have not had an issue since. However, I just did that last week and have only processed a few jobs.

Essentially, you're moving the UTC datastore from the shared library to the user's library. This may be resolving some permissions problems for the (troublesome) fonts.
