FP not installing in Acrobat DC

Recommended Posts

hi,

support is telling me the only way to make fp 9.3 work with Acrobat Pro DC is to upgrade to v10. Not true?

Yes, this is true. If you're running FusionPro 9.3, then yes, you need to upgrade to FusionPro 10 so that the installer can install a plug-in for Acrobat DC 2017.

Thanks Dan,

Well, I did purchase the upgrade, and it still will not show the plugin.

Left a message to support.

Furthermore, during the installation, AVG reported that the installer had a "trojan-horse" virus!!!

You still need a patch installer, even with FusionPro 10, at least until we publicly release our latest build.

Furthermore, during the installation, AVG reported that the installer had a "trojan-horse" virus!!!

Not sure what that's about. It could be mistakenly flagging one of our executables. Is there any technical information with the report? Also, what version of the installer are you running?
