need help how to set up multiple locations

I've been working on a template where the end user will be selecting 1 location in a drop down menu, this dropdown menu has 76 locations, the variable data on these locations are the phone and the address, I used MCD from DSF to upload those 76 clinics but I find these a little problematic for the end user to understand that they need to map that information, too many clicks in my opinion, my questions is if there is a more simple method of creating a dropdown list of clinics where the phone and address will be variable?
