Multiple a field that is formatted for currency

Have a field that is currency and wanting to multiple the field by 3. Example, $150 * 3 = $450. Anyone have any suggestions?

You might try:

var dollarAmount = Field("Currency").replace(/\$/g, "");
var multipliedAmount = (dollarAmount * 3);

return [color="red"]'$' + [/color]multipliedAmount[color="Red"].toFixed(2)[/color];
