Upload is showing up as a square, not the shape of the graphic field

What am I missing here... I think it's simple thing I might be overlooking. it's a marcomcentral problem maybe.

(my other products work fine, they say filled, but i tried that with the same results)

links work fine, but when the user uploads to it in marcomcentral it says this:
