Customizing Email Subject Line

I have a request from a customer to make their Subject line stand out in the email when they receive low stock notifications.

 

What they would like is the subject line to be bold and colorized if possible.

 

I have looked all over the Marcom documentation and found nothing so I have to ask, is this even possible?
