dschiller Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 I had a customer call me today and when she goes to upload a PDF, 8.5x11 in IE9 she gets a progress bar that goes no where. I am currently on IE8 but I use Firefox typically. Both work fine for me when uploading files in JobExpress. Is there a known issue? Are there any other steps on troubleshooting this that I can have the user try? We are at a University where IT limits users to installing software and they frown upon anything that is not IE because they do not have the technology to upgrade software centrally that is not MS based.
