PMP512 Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 We're having an interesting situation over here. We hope someone else has encountered it and can throw some knowledge our way. We have set up our first store with back ordering enabled. We are getting orders that will not process because items are "Out of Inventory." These items, however, are not out of inventory. They are below their Min Inventory Qty and Min Re-Order Qty, though. Does anyone know why Marcom would label those items as out of inventory and refuse to let us process the entire order? Can we fix this? (We have a giant stack of orders piling up.) Thanks, Chris

jwhittaker Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Make sure your user is a Senior Purchaser and look at the requisition orders in the store. You will be able to process the refills orders.
