Font size not translating from ID4

I am using Gotham, book and medium. When exported from ID4 to FP, the fonts come over as the wrong instance of Gotham (Black) and while they say they are the same point size, they are much smaller. The first line of my type should be 11 points and I am up to 18 points in Acrobat/FP and still a printed laser from the composed file shows it to be smaller than a print from my ID file. Any ideas?
