Copyfit width of a single line of a multi-line text frame

I was wondering if anyone might be able to look at the sample template I'm working on. I'm trying to CopyFit an individual line width of a multi-line text frame. I would like to have only the lines that exceed the line length condense (width only, not height) and the ones that don't exceed the line length stay their normal size and width. The rule I'm currently using applies the same condensing to all lines when the longest line exceeds the line length. Type is 11 point Arial. I am using a minimum of 5.5 points or 50% ratio of condensing and a maximum of 11 points or 100% ratio (no expansion). Thx.
